Mental Health Counseling
One-on-one therapy with a tailored treatment plan in a safe, caring and confidential environment. For people with mental health disorders (anxiety, depression, OCD, etc.) this allows them to share their thought patterns and safely discuss their experiences. Counseling sessions will work towards improving symptoms in order to return to an active and uninterrupted lifestyle.
It's okay to feel unstable. It's okay to disassociate. It's okay to hide from the world. It's okay to need help. It's okay not to be okay. Your mental illness is not a personal failure.
